Or more strictly the start of day 2. My first baby, a little girl was born yesterday afternoon at 2.30. I missed the main event but only just. Then again, my wife only just made it to the hospital in time. I'm just grateful that the Princess Royal hospital in Haywards Heath didn't lose it's maternity unit otherwise I think she would have been born in my wifes friends car!
The baby's pretty small but seems to be doing well, took reasonably well to feeding and seems quite happy with the wold. As we're in the middle of a house move I haven't found anything to connect the camera to the PC yet so no pictures for a little while.
